Our Mission

Body Rock is a global online fitness community and they had a goal to Increase average order value to improve profitability. Furthermore, they wanted to cross-sell physical product buyers to their online subscriptions.

Our Approach

We leveraged high-value internal purchase data to drive sales of product bundles to increase average order value. We then utilized vertical video across Stories and Feed placements to drive quality engagement. Finally, we activated a messenger bot to retarget visitors and cart abandoners with a special offer to improve the conversion rate.
